Warranty

RebelAmp is covered by a 2-year limited warranty.

We burn gear for 50 hours to reduce any risks of malfunctions.

First year repair guarantee:

If the gear has any problems (manufacturing defects which are not caused by user), customer can ship the gear back. We will repair the defective gear for free and then ship back to customer, we will cover the full shipping cost shipping back to the customer.

The gear must be packed with the original packing box and foams, otherwise if damage occurs during shipping we don't cover the repair charge.

User inflicted problem repair guarantee:

Customer must pay for both ways (to and from) shipping and the cost of parts, while labor charges are free.

After the completion of first year repair guarantee:

If the gear has any problems (manufacturing defects which are not caused by user), the customer only pays for both ways (to and from) shipping costs, while we will repair for free.

If any problems occur after receiving the gear please notify us within 15 days.
